We're more than a cycle class.

UNAPOLOGETICALLY BLACK.

Hour cycle is centered in the Black experience. We celebrate Black music, art, language and culture.  We are committed to challenging ourselves and our riders to celebrate not only the art, but also the life which created it.  Everything we do and say is to promote positive imagery of Black excellence, joy, health, wellness, body image, and expression.   

WE GOT YOU.

We ride with and ride for one another- and not just in the studio. We cultivate real world connections and partner with locally owned businesses. 

STAY REAL.

We embrace personal authenticity and have created a space for you to do the same.  For 60 minutes, we release our inhibitions and show up as the most free and dope versions of ourselves.

MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER.

We acknowledge the other 23 hours in the day that aren’t as light-hearted as our studio sessions. We contribute to efforts seeking to dismantle oppressive systems. We use our voice, time, and finances to seek justice for marginalized people...even when it's not trendy.
